# 2026-09-02 — Wallet authority, Solana Pay & Security v2.2

This release hardens the SONIC identity → permissions → wallet → transaction → reconciliation boundary and adds feature-gated Solana payment/protocol surfaces.

## Clarified

Wallet connection proves address/session context only. It does not authorize arbitrary transactions or administrative operations. `userId`, tenant, role and permissions come from server session/account state.

An AI credit reservation **RELEASE** is a pre-settlement technical ledger action and is not a commercial customer refund. Settled Marketplace purchases are final under the current product policy.
