Canonical SONIC 1.0.0-rc.0 production architecture, revision 30: cryptographic key rotation, externally signed receipts, public trust keys, and exact migration-head readiness.

Revision 30 strengthens **SONIC Token Sale** without changing the product version, canonical product name, repository identity, API namespace, or public/application domains.

## What r30 adds

* every `SaleQuote` carries a `quoteKeyId` and the quote signature binds that key ID;
* production quote signing uses an explicit secret keyring plus a configured current key ID;
* older still-valid quotes remain verifiable during rotation while their key remains in the keyring;
* Sale Release activation resolves the verification key by `activationKeyId` from an Ed25519 public-key ring;
* production receipt signing moves behind an external signer boundary and persists `receiptKeyId` + `receiptAlgorithm`;
* the worker verifies the external receipt signature before storing it;
* `GET /api/v1/trust/keys` exposes only safe public Ed25519 JWKs and SHA-256 fingerprints;
* production readiness requires the quote keyring, release verification keyring, receipt signer, receipt verification keyring, and the exact required Prisma migration set;
* migration `202609110004_r30_key_rotation` adds quote-key identity and receipt-algorithm metadata.
