# Solana Programs & Contract

Secure SONIC program and Contract documentation for revision 26: Token-2022, program maturity, registry verification and secret-handling policy.

The Contract surface is a technical verification surface. Repository configuration is not deployment proof.

## Program maturity

```
SOURCE → CONFIGURED → BUILT → TESTED → DEPLOYED → VERIFIED → ACTIVATED
```

Production activation verifies target cluster, executable/program-data state, approved binary hash, matching IDL/client, authority policy, dependent mint identity, parser/indexer support and explicit feature activation.

## Token boundary

SONIC uses Solana Token-2022 with 9 decimals and a canonical maximum supply of **18,446,000,000 SONIC**. Applications identify SONIC from the deployment registry/mint address, never from symbol, logo or marketing artwork alone.

## Secure documentation

{% hint style="danger" %}
Never publish private keys, keypair JSON, seed phrases, deployment authority credentials, `.env` contents, provider API keys, quote-signing secrets, Payment Kernel credentials, webhook secrets, service bearer tokens or raw wallet signatures.
{% endhint %}

Safe public verification data may include a verified program ID, mint address, cluster, decimals, authority *state*, executable status, release/binary reference and explorer link, each with an explicit maturity state.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://sonic-ai-works.gitbook.io/sonic-networks-docs/sonic-1.0.0-rc-production-architecture/solana-programs-and-contract.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
