# Security & Solana

Identity, wallets, authorization, transaction intent, Solana programs, ZK claims and authority isolation.

SONIC separates authentication, identity, authorization, wallet ownership, transaction authorization and privacy eligibility.

## Trust chain

```
session
→ SONIC identity
→ workspace/resource scope
→ RBAC + ABAC + AAL + risk
→ wallet permission where required
→ TransactionIntent
→ simulation
→ explicit authorization
→ signature
→ submit / confirm
→ expected-effects verification
→ settlement / reconciliation
```

AI Agents never receive primary-wallet private keys or unrestricted signing access. Sensitive operations require step-up authentication and audit evidence.

## Solana programs

Custom SONIC programs remain distinct from SPL Token-2022 and from the SONIC mint. Source/configuration does not imply deployment. Programs are activated only after artifact/IDL/authority/registry verification and supporting indexer/reconciliation paths are ready.

## Privacy

ZK is a claim/authorization layer, not the primary login system. Application surfaces consume minimal verified claims rather than raw witnesses/proofs.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://sonic-ai-works.gitbook.io/sonic-networks-docs/whitepaper/sonic-network-whitepaper/security-and-solana.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
